The paper describes a 28-year-old woman with a shortened nose after postoperative contracture, supratip soft-tissue excess and overlapping lower lateral cartilage. The reported treatment included scar-contracture release, soft-tissue reduction, rib-cartilage support and supratip advancement suturing. The top row compares frontal views; the lower row compares profiles. These show the bridge-to-tip outline and tip projection at the published 17-month follow-up.
