Reading the photographs.
The paper describes a 29-year-old woman with fullness above the nasal tip, limited tip projection and a mildly shortened nose after earlier surgery. The reported correction combined removal of excess tissue and cartilage with septal extension and a supratip advancement suture. Front and angled views show the bridge-to-tip relationship; profile and basal views add the tip projection and nostril perspective.
