This published case describes a 23-year-old woman with excess soft tissue above the nasal tip and limited tip projection after earlier surgery. The authors report soft-tissue reduction, septal-cartilage extension and supratip advancement suturing. Front and angled views are followed by profile and basal views. Differences in lighting and skin colour are pronounced and should be considered when comparing the contours.
