Reading the photographs.
The published case concerns a 45-year-old man with a prominent supratip and limited tip projection. The authors describe reducing the overprojected bony bridge and lower septum, with crushed ear-cartilage grafts at the tip and nasal root. The front, angled, profile and basal views allow the supratip outline and tip projection to be compared across four perspectives.
