Looking at the photographs

After several outer and lower eye-corner procedures at another clinic, the patient wanted to improve a squared outer-corner shape while preserving as much of the earlier lower-corner change as possible. The account describes revision surgery at Answer Plastic Surgery under local anaesthesia. At one week, the patient reported stitch removal and a little remaining bruising. At one month, the patient felt the corner shape had become more pointed and the swelling had settled. The later accounts remain positive: at six months, the patient reported that the corrected corner had not reopened and that the appearance felt more natural than before revision.
