Looking at the photographs

The patient said their eyelid creases had become less visible as the eyelids drooped. Their recovery notes describe double-eyelid surgery and inner eye-corner surgery. At one week they liked the crease shape but still noticed bruising, swelling and asymmetry. At two weeks, the eyelids felt lighter to the patient, although swelling and bruising remained. Their one-month account was mixed: they felt the right crease had become thinner than they preferred, noticed more swelling on the left and described unevenness at the inner corners. They also appreciated how natural the eyelid creases looked. At two months, they reported satisfaction after receiving positive comments. The final photographs are labelled three months; no written update accompanies that stage.
