Inner and outer eye-corner surgery: recovery through three months · Case 073
Follow a patient’s inner and outer eye-corner surgery at Answer Plastic Surgery, from before surgery through three months of recovery.

Looking at the photographs
The patient wanted to change an eye shape they felt looked small even with makeup. Their notes identify inner and outer eye-corner surgery. At one week, the patient reported fading bruising and some remaining conjunctival swelling; at two weeks they felt more comfortable, while swelling continued to settle. At one month, the patient liked the more open appearance but still noticed redness and scarring. They described a more natural appearance at two months. By three months, they reported that the initial swelling and tightness had largely subsided and that everyday activities were comfortable. These are the patient’s own recovery observations.
Treatment details
Lighting, camera angle, expression and makeup vary between photographs. The follow-up labels follow the clinic-supplied folders. Procedure and recovery details are drawn from the accompanying patient account, not an operative report.
